Trockenperlen Orange (Sorbead Orange) is a desiccant that exists out of porous silicium oxides. This material is impregnated with an organic impregnate that adsorbing more than 6 weight percents moisture will have colour change from orange into clear. After that the material is still adsorbing until it will reach its saturation at 30 weight percents. The material is not toxic and does not carry heavy materials like its blue variant, its not corosive or chemical inert except for strong base.
